INTERVIEW/SURVEY > Let’s talk about what you want.

+ We’ll kick off our relationship by having an in-depth discussion about your wedding video expectations.Wedding videos reflect the uniqueness of the couple, so we want to make your video a representation of your relationship. We do this by creating an open dialogue about the specific moments you would like us to capture and how you want them captured. Is it a video with a song or voice overlay? Is it a video with interviews and natural noise? You tell us what you’re thinking—we’ll make it happen. Or maybe you need some ideas and brainstorming—we’re here for that as well. You choose what moments you really want to hone in on. Whether it’s a unity candle, a first dance or the cake cutting, we will learn whatyour must-have moments are. From a documentary style video to a naturally unfolding wedding, we have you covered.

FOLLOW-UP > Have any details been changed that will affect the video?

A few months before your big day, we will chat again so that we’re aware of any changes that have occurred that might impact how the video will be filmed. Maybe your venue changed last minute or Aunt Gloria is flying in from Miami and you just have to have her interview included in the video. No worries – we have time to adjust our plan and make sure your day is captured perfectly. .

FILMING YOUR WEDDING > The day is finally here!

We will film steadily throughout the day so that we have more than enough content to choose from, giving us more flexibility when we edit your video. At this point, we’ll be on a first name basis with your photographer and venue representative. We will make sure the venue has no video restrictions, rules or guidelines that we need to abide by. And just like you brought that extra pack of hair clips and safety pins—we’ll also have our back-up equipment. We will be easily accessible all day via cell phone, so you (or your designated coordinator) can reach us at any point on the big day.

POST-PRODUCTION > We won’t leave you hanging.

This stage takes time, but we will keep you updated on the progress of your video. You’ll receive your finished video between 4 – 6 weeks. You can reach out to us up to three weeks after you receive your video to make any changes – we want you to be happy with the result! Then, before you know it, you’ll be watching your wedding video with your new spouse!
